Kevin has been involved in structured strength and conditioning programs for over twenty years as a coach and athlete at the college, national and international levels.  He has worked with professional and amateur athletes from a wide range of sports including tennis, alpine skiing, volleyball, track and field and Olympic weight lifting. Kevin brings a wide variety of training in complementary disciplines including nutrition, flexibility and lifestyle management.  He has worked as a soldier, firearms and tactics instructor, S.W.A.T officer and researcher.  He has participated in research projects with Dr. Stuart McGill and Dr. Charles Samuels, both of whom are Olympic team consultants focused on improving human performance through proper movement and fatigue management respectively.
